Parents with babies require professional assistance, direction and understanding. They also need advice with regard to medication and inoculation.
All babies need to be weighed, vaccinated and generally monitored in between visits to the doctor. Special advice with regard to breast feeding, general infant feeding and introduction to solids is offered.
Vaccinations include all those required by legislation as well as Chicken Pox, Rota Virus, Hepatitis A, Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Prevanar. New additions are available.
M-KEM's Nursing Sisters are available for all these functions from 8am to 8pm. After 8pm M-KEM's Pharmacists are available at the Pharmacy to offer help.
Due to the possible side effects of live vaccines, M-KEM's Nursing Sisters will not administer these vaccinations after 18h00 unless urgent circumstances prevail.
